Been a lot going on over the last week.  My computer crashed, would not re-format.  Luckily, the kids had a fairly successful garage sale, I was able to take enough money to buy a new computer.  I set aside the money to get the cats fixed and de-clawed, my son made enough to buy a new 5-string bass, and my daughters both have money in their pockets.  I know we should have used all the money to pay bills, the calls are still coming from the mortgage companies.  But, we decided to have the sale for the kids and cats, so that is what we did.  The cats have appointments at the vet for next week.  They are ruining my curtains, climbing up them all the time, climbing on the steam pipes in the basement, tearing off insulation...   I will have a lot of repairs to make, after they are de-clawed, and unable to be quite so destructive.        My daughter is not happy at her new home.  One of the roommates stays up all night with music playing way too loud, my daughter says she has not had a good night's sleep since moving in.  She and her boyfriend are already making other arrangements.  They stayed here a couple nights, said they slept really well here, quiet and peaceful.        Work has me on the early shift all week, my co-workers are taking the schematics class I had a few months ago.  All 3 of my co-workers failed the pre-test.  I'm sure they will all pass the post-test at the end of the week.   I took some overtime calls over the weekend, and I'm picking up some extra on-call at the end of the month.  I will apply all the extra pay towards getting caught up on my mortgage payments.        My wife(?) is still treating me as only a housemate, pretty much ignoring me all the time.  She seems to have no intention of ever even trying to repair our relationship, she is just waiting on that Indian case with the government.  She thinks she will end up with a huge sum of money, enough to move on and start a new life, without having to work to earn any of it.       I have just been doing what I always have done.  Going to work, coming home to do chores, cooking, and cleaning.  I have been getting help with the cleaning, hope that will continue.
